Philosophy
Every voice in a team - engineer, designer, customer, business partner - carries signal. My job is to make sure that signal reaches the right people at the right time, so decisions are informed, direction is clear, and everyone has the freedom to try things and learn.
Information balance over information hoarding. I translate between tech and business, so no one is operating blindly.
I facilitate decisions by gathering perspectives and sharing context. Everyone is empowered, and the right call gets made.
Direction and guardrails make experimentation possible, not reckless. Failure is only wasted if you don't learn from it.
